Julian already stated that Wikileaks' source was NOT a state/country actor. The source was likely murdered Seth Rich, DNC operative and Sanders supporter.

BTW, I don't think Julian should break his principle; certainly not over Hillary who isn't worth it. I think it is wise to remember that the good he has done for society is because of principle, not lack thereof.
First, I wouldn't ascribe the term "hoax" to Hillary's criminality. You give her far too much credit. Second, the Covid19 three yr long Government declared 'state of emergency' and associated coercive activities were part of " the hoax of the century". Still, none of these events are worth sacrificing publishing principles over. I suspect Julian would believe the same.
I agree with you on genocide braindead joe and his cronies wants to kill Assange, however you must include all others that want the same, like UK etc etc etc. If this wasn't so, then shouldn't they from the beginning have wanted to request or find a way to stop this whole charade?

I think Biden has long past the point of doing exactly what he is told to do. Political price is no longer in his calculus.
