I was not familiar with the term "World's Most Moral Army". On looking it up, I see the IDF is sworn to never kill noncombatants. Oops!

The morality ship sailed in 1948, as the founders of Israel debated how to deal with the "Arab problem". The country was knowingly based in routing an existing population, an established culture. Decades later, Israel still bars the other from equal citizenship and seeks to eliminate them.

There must be an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. Pope Francis has said what is needed, now he must do what is needed by going to Gaza and standing for peace, justice and freedom.

Please sign the petition and share widely.

Let us also support UNRWA. If our governments won’t act in accordance with humanity, then we will. https://www.unrwausa.org/donate

Also we can all support the brave doctors who have gone to Gaza: https://palestinian-ama.networkforgood.com/projects/206145-gaza-medical-supplies-oct-2023

Or

Surgeons to Gaza

Let us make our donations to honor Aaron Bushnell, in memory of Hind Rajab, or Dr Jumann Afra, the mother of newborn twins killed by Israel using US bombs.

Here’s a petition to excommunicate Joe Biden: https://www.change.org/p/excommunicate-president-joe-biden-bf979783-ac08-4576-a53f-c786ea23dc9c

These are a few small things we can do. If we can do more, let us do more.

Thank you so much for listing these sites at every chance. They are doing such good, hard, dangerous work and are always in need of our help!

The pope is irrelevant, even many Catholics are Zionists!

The Pope would have been there months ago if he wanted to take a stand against genocide.......clearly he is not taking a stand.

Remarkable series. Thank you.

None of this is beyond serious question.

So what does anyone propose to do about it?

Moral arguments are wasted on sociopaths.

But there are many more, I hope, who are not sociopaths, but were caught up in the massive, lifelong propaganda. There are more breaking free each day. Let us always remember that part of what we do is for them. And with enough of them....

How many are left though when you consider that 90%+ think the world's most immoral army is right and justified in what they are doing? And a significant proportion also think rape of the hostages in the Israeli dungeons is acceptable? That is a seriously depraved society.

The UN is dead - in the old days there was at least TALK about sending 'Blue Helmets' for 'peace keeping' (which was a band aid only, but better than nothing). Best solution would have been ONE STATE SOLUTION (Miko Peled), but I guess that is dead now too ... (unbelievable how depraved we in this Western Bubble already are ...)

End this now Biden/Harris/DNC/RNC/MIC/AIPAC/CITIZENS

Although Gaza may still be the most urgent issue, and we cannot turn our eyes from them, there is another grevious situation in the increasing settler violence and land confiscation in the West Bank, aka illegally Occupied Territory. There are some, too few, organizations trying to help, at least up until this most grevious situation in the West Bank, this week, where there is an actual military invasion by Israel, with public officials threatening the same death and destruction as in Gaza.

There are those inside Israel who stand for justice and humanity, made up of committed Israelis and Palestinians working together to protect the Palestinians.

A question I have been thinking about: " Israel has the right to defend itself." Where did that come from? It seems as if every US Democratic politician uses that as a preamble to whatever else he/she wants to say---kind of like a ritual. Doesn't every country have a "right to defend itself" or is it only Israel?

Respect to artist and reprinters, thanks. Let's hope that these marvelous cartoons might make some cracks on mainstream narrative walls and let people see what's ongoing and take action.

Thanks Joe and Chris. That is the best description of the phony HUMAN SHIELD Hasbara I have heard to date "Breathing Human Sand Bags"! I re-read Mark Twains To the "Person in Darkness" describing Zionism and "Civilized Power". "it is yet another civilized power with its banner of the Prince of Peace in one hand and its Loot Basket and its Butcher Knife in the other. This is strange and an over-showy ONSLAUGHT of an elephant upon a nest of field mice, on the pretext, that the field mice had "Squeaked" an insolence at his-conduct which no self respecting government could allow to pass UNAVENGED. Is it perhaps that there are two kinds of Civilization-one for home consumption and one for the Heathen market?" Over a hundred years later oh how right anti Imperialist Twain was. Sadly like MLK their anti Empire and anti War is buried deep in America's Orwellian Memory Hole! I have never heard anyone repeating King's ANTI WAR speech on MLK Day. In the sixties Black Civil Right leaders abandoned King who was shunned until assassinated. Like Jesus Heretics are dangerous while still living. Dead heretics like Jesus and King are only put on a pedestal if the powers to be can put their Patriotic words in their mouths!

My disgust with Israel and our government is so deep. To witness Americans going along with this genocide is astounding to me. Our national purpose seems to have become keeping the forever wars going. No wonder young people and former military members often feel hopeless and depressed. A vote for either party (a uni-party really) is a vote to normalize genocide in world affairs. When that becomes the case, we all become Palestinians. Think about it.

there's academics political scientist, international relationship, specialist books, cartoons and diplomacy and pros and music and live videos and recordings of genocide and mass murder all of this yet no one and no one will stand up and stop the genocide and demand reparations.

Drop the stupid looking guns and stop it or get your ass kicked for generations. Why won't anyone say that?

I was stunned when a reporter was outraged by a person they were interviewing suggesting that Donald Trump was not an existential threat to American Democracy. In fact the Harris Campaign is a threat to American Democracy. With the endorsement and support for the genocide in Gaza, the core value of human rights for American democracy is rejected. Without a basic commitment to human rights there is no American democracy.
