Ahhhhh . . . but Chris you missed the most important correlation of all. As NYC continues to descend into a an unabated cesspool of despicable crime that has never before seen, even the 70's weren't as bad as it is today, they do NOTHING. However when it's an assemblage of well educated, peaceful college protestors they manage to not only bring in the troops to swarm the entire area, but locate the funds to pay for it. NYC is burning to the ground they do nothing!!
In the last two weeks alone:
Steve Buscemi was punched in the face in a random attack (in broad daylight mind you) on the east side of Manhattan!
A 61 year old tourist from PA was stabbed in the abdomen (also in broad daylight)
A woman was stabbed exiting the subway on May 10th - unknown random assailant
Newsstand operator beaten and robbed
Man stabbed in Times Square - suspect demanded a cigarette
There has been over 50 people physically attacked randomly in broad daylight in the last two months. It is no longer safe to go or walk anywhere in NYC and this is coming from someone (myself) who "lived" in NYC but slept in NJ! I worked in Spanish Harlem and never had a problem and yet now you can't go anywhere. You take your life in your hands because you never know where the attack is coming from - especially from behind where you have no defense.
I believe beyond the shadow of doubt it's deliberate and they sold us out to China - because as you see they certainly have the ability instill law enforcement and intentionally refrain form doing so.
I support the students and I sorry to say that those running this university are a sad disappointment. It seems that the Netanyahu terrorists in Israel have actually changed into the Nazis of WW 2. And to quote that old poem"what a tangled web they weave when first they practice to deceive. : (

1. Have 'these 'TIMES' they are a-changing" investigated and considered whether Victoria ["eff the EU", PNAC, Kagan, and 'War-Ginning'] Nuland ever been involved with the October 7th Israel-Hamas War --- as she was in starting the Ukraine War in 2014?
2. Has the same NYT been aware or investigated the just post-1945/6, WWII OSS Pacific "Deer Team" operation in Indochina, lead by Archimedes Patti, which achieved an amazing moment of PEACE between U.S. military soldiers and Hồ Chí Minh, over a fleeting period of time when the former combatants, of WWII, showed that there could have been no necessity for any WWIII?
Former President Trump said he wants President Biden to be drug-tested before their first debate.
“I’m gonna demand a drug test too, by the way,” Trump said at the Minnesota Republican Party’s Lincoln Reagan Dinner Friday. “I am, no I really am. I don’t want him coming in like the State of the Union, he was high as a kite.”
