I have a young friend of Macedonian ancestry and many years ago i dated an Armenian man and met many of his close Armenian friends. And through those relationships I learned only a fraction of their struggles. But I did read something about their ancestral trauma, the history.

I am struck by the sociopathic behavior of all of the leaders of these various empires. I am also struck by their ability to get large numbers of people to believe their lies & follow the lies off to die for empire.
