I am ashamed of being from this horrible country. We are the monsters. Anyone who can’t see that is just fooling themselves. America is disgusting and corrupt. We are all complicit.

You are fooling yourself.

As usual I learned a lot I didn’t know about who’s pulling the strings to keep their murderous greedy hearts protected at the expense of innocents. The courage of this artist and people like yourself that refuse to be silenced in the face of tyranny is a light in the corrupt darkness. I don’t hate either the Palestinians or the Israelis but I do hate what Israel is doing to Palestine and know in my heart of hearts they are wrong.

I found this a very moving interview, one of Chris' best.

Hardly an interview, yet, I too enjoyed Lowkey's mostly monologue. hahaha He's a rapper and hip-hop artiste after all. What I love 'bout his song delivery and spoken word, is that his words are completely intelligible and understandable. He couches his anger and frustration well, just as he did at the Oxford Union over 3 years ago. That alone is a sad commentary on our current culture.

Never heard of Lowkey before. Thanks for the introduction; his music is brilliant! (And so are his politics.)

The apartheid regime of Israel is grotesque and illegal for all the world to see. So why do the Palestinians not receive the empathy and support that we see towards Ukrainians? Maybe Palestinians should fly the Ukrainian flag to be seen. There comes a time when the blind man takes your hand says don’t you see…

The Jews who escaped from Nazism have become Nazis themselves and the prevailing powers accept this. I am certainly not an antisemitist. pasodoxically my Jewish idols were German: Rosa Luxemburg, Mendelssohn, Mahler, Schoenberg, Else Lasker-Schueler. Karl Kraus.

Chris, I paid my $55 but was unable to access your website unless I paid it again, or clicked the "free" icon. Would you correct this?

There has been a shift in your rhetorical approach since the publication, I Don’t Believe in Atheists. What made that work inspiring is that it empathized with the atheistic position to the point where that position revealed its own apologetics.

Your preoccupation with the treatment of your own material by platforms like YouTube hinges on a much less challenging approach of appearing to suffer on behalf of those who hold politically provocative points of view. It’s not that there’s anything wrong with that; it’s just very commonplace.

Imagine that everything you say about YouTube, the Israelis, the government which would try Assange, etc., is true. In other words, imagine a world where Hedges holds the sword and scepter. Would you hedge out the ignorant for their ignorance as they do to you and/or those whom you champion? This is what the new Hedges appears to do.

The Golden Rule is not the Lex Talonis. That is, it’s focal point is in the modals, not the pronouns. Peace.

Is this almost cancellation of Lowkey unfair to "him" or to Jewish students who were told to segregate themselves: https://www.thejc.com/news/news/call-for-antisemitism-probe-into-nus-over-%27self-segregate%27-plan-for-jews-at-rapper-lowkey-gig-3tCYkoHVvKujIkCyg7vFaP
