Did you read and interprete anything from Proust's tome you didnt already know Chris.
Dennis, it is not so much that I did not know it, it is that I recognized the reality of what Proust describes, such as the mutations of the self and the nature of grief, and was able to better articulate it with the vocabulary he gave me.
That Proustian vocabulary in common/influence is something i hope to become more familiar with when I get more time. Interesting to read!
