Elections seem to be theater - with the outcome unlikely to improve the lives of the majority of people. Like so many vapid reality shows, I cannot bring myself to watch.
What this column says about Biden is rather shocking......and most of it was news to me. Of course, I'm Canadian and a bit removed from American politics, which do seem rather crazy to me.
But if it is true that he had his hands in all of the bad policy described above, and if its true that he too opposes a woman's right to her own body, then ordinary Americans actually don't have any real choice. Two old men, both of them recipients of the wealth creation schemes of neoliberalism....in their dotage.....attempting to run the largest empire on earth. And run it into the ground.
How utterly absurd and tragic for the common people of that country. And what to do about it, at this late hour, as American led military manoevres replace any real action on the changing climate???
