Correct! Slaughter & Carnage can only be stopped by The Resistance forces fighting *as we speak* on the Ground. This has always been True, that said:

The ICJ ruling can be used as a Decisive Causus Belli to enact Embargoes, Blockades, Sanctions, etc. in a Bilateral Fashion against the so called 'Jewish state'.

So in that sense, it gives the Resistance a Boon for the coming weeks & months of Heavy Fighting (still remaining) to liberate their Lands!

America is not "complicit", it is a participant. We also attack funerals with drones, we do so many of these wrong (AF) actions, with & without Israel. I can understand poverty, but nevertheless at this point(really since Vietnam) you know what you are signing up for. While I can understand America provides little opportunity for a huge portion of our population, you still know what you will be asked to do. Fuck our 1 trillion $ military.

What can we do besides: boycotting Israeli products? Buying Palestinian products. Writing stern letters to congress. Posting our own and reposting anti-genocide articles like this. Nothing works as we saw with the invasion of Iraq by the Genocidal USA. The world is powerless to the warmongering USA and its allies.

If the ICJ is this damned toothless and spineless, we are lost.

What will be the difference choosing between Insurrectionist Trump and Genocide Joe?

They both suck. And the world suffers for our screwed up system.

While I agree with you, the difference between the dump and genocide Joe is a big one ... one will take us into fascism that will take god knows what to get out of, while the other gives us opportunity to vote progressives into congress and make change. It is scary that people will not vote joe and we will end up with a much worse alternative. I am not voting for joe, I am voting for a chance to save the shreds of democracy that we have.

Maybe the “raison d'être of the “Jewish State”” was necessary for the “Big Offer”.

Israel Gets A Big Offer From Five Arab States On Palestine Amid Gaza War.

Looks like these Arab States are looking for a reason to justify removal of Israelis from Arab countries. Telling them to leave if they do not accept the offer or else. It looks like a methodical, legal measure to remove Israelis from the real Palestinian state.

That means Benjamin Netanyahu might be living down the street from Joe Biden. Two peas in pod.

Perhaps Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin is making good on his plans to denazify not just Ukraine but Middle East too?

Re: credibility of genocide claim, I completely agree.

Importantly, the Court insulated a series of devastating findings from criticism alleging South Africa is biased (or anti-semitic) by relying on UN Reports and the damning words of Israeli officials.

But the Court's Order is toothless for many reasons. First of all, it is vague and legally represents no more than the status quo, i.e. a duty to comply with genocide law. Second it allowed Israel to effectively define the technical conditions of compliance. Third, the Court went out of its way to recognize unspecified Israeli "rights" that needed to be protected. This opens the door to Israel "right os self defense" nonsense. Fourth, the Court went out of its way to contextualize (and establish a chronology) in the complaint as the October 7 Hamas attack. This has no basis in law as it is irrelevant to whether Israel is committing genocide and outside the scope of the SA complaint and the law. Again, this provides grounds for Israeli lies.

Philippe Lazzarini's statement about the trauma experienced by Palestinian children led me to recall moments of my childhood.

On my fourth birthday my parents gave me a bicycle, I declared, "this is my best birthday ever!" Bicycles or bombs, what would children prefer?

John Fitzgerald Kennedy was assassinated when I was ten. I saw Jack Ruby gunned down live on TV a few days later. That was my childhood experience with violence. Seeing school chums mutilated by high explosives will scare one far more deeply.

At least these children will not have to dwell on these horrific events over family dinner, they don't get dinner, nor breakfast, nor lunch.

I’ve come to a Revolutionary edict for the U.S.

Of the damn 85 attacks by the U.S., “we the American people” should demand an investigation to insure that any U.S. bombing is only targeted exclusively away from civilian and clearly defined non-military targets — unlike Israel, we the American people, should not be conned into doing any targeting of Israeli targets.

This egregious mistake of allowing the country of first Ukraine, by the dictates of Victoria, “ef the EU” PNAC, KAGAN, NULAND, escalating to the Israeli use of dictating the targeting of non-military sites which do not comport with the American people’s best interests in achieving global peace, instead of deceptive measures of ‘war ginning’ — must be effected by concurrence with the American President and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and American Department of Defense of America and the American people — not to be subordinate to the state of Israel.

This deceitful war ginning shit and targeting of purely military sites with weapons of war which are leading the United States of America and all American people to the shame of devastating effects on so many countries as to put America and Americans in the risk of being charged with Genocide.

Chris, it may well be massive INEQUALITY CAUSED BY BILLIONAIRE BASTARDS.

But it Won’t Be Stopped until the Genocide of Inhuman inequality spreads and metastasizes by capitalist cancer, not only in America, but throughout our fragile little world — which only sparrows can be saved.

How about a No Fly Zone over Gaza to be enforced by NATO? NATO has to be good for something other than for weapons sales to coup leaders who then seek to cleanse ethnic Russians from their diaspora settlements in Ukraine.
