For sociopaths such as Biden or Netanyahu, the only question that they ask is "Who is going to stop me?"

Expand full comment

Which is akin to asking, "who dares to deny that I am the chosen of Yahweh, and you are not?

Expand full comment

A smiting or two ought to settle that. Ain't it funny how Zionist arguments always degenerate into "might is right!", except when they are the victims. Then might is no longer right, and historical crimes which were inflicted upon Jewish people are now carte blanche to commit similar crimes throughout eternity.

And please don't forget the Zionist students who are fearful of walking through their university campuses. Yet all I see on university campuses are bullying Zionists provoking and attacking peaceful rallies and encampments pleading for a ceasefire - and end to genocide and a divesting of their universities from Zionist Israeli business/exchange contacts and from weapons makers, too.

Divestment makes me feel unsafe! (As opposed to bombing, which never made anyone unsafe....)

Expand full comment

These zionists need to turn that statement around. Rather than "You make me feel unsafe when you do.....", they should be saying "I feel unsafe when you.....".

They then become the source of their own problem and the ones who needs to alter their perception.

I'm always fascinated that to smite active voice is to suddenly strike down upon viciously, but in the passive voice, to be smitten is to be captivated. So we might say that the US is -- absurdly -- so smitten with Israel that it will act as its cohort in smiting down the untermenschen upon whom the gods' disfavor falls.

Biden should not be compared to Bibi. Biden is a pawn who loved and supported Israel and fell into the trap and can't get out and may lose the election because of it. Israel would far prefer trump who's a total moron who will do Israel's bidding 3 times what Biden does. Biden is a victim of Israel and the jewish lobby. We all are. Already from 14 years ago - all the parameters were laid out. During my years in Japan and from the early 2000s (over 20 years ago) I met a young chap from NY - he was a JET program assistant teacher at a friend's high school. But he wasn't originally from NYC - he was from Switzerland which is where he has - years since - returned to. On the question of Abu Ghraib - well, of course, he told me, torture was okay. And quoted some fictional idea of an attack being planned for which only torture could get the information to save the targets. I could not believe my ears. He was a bright chap - in a year in Japan he had built up an extremely impressive knowledge of kanji. But he was young - early to mid-20s. I hope as the years went by that the intelligence I perceived led him to re-evaluate his thinking on torture and was maybe the reason he returned to Switzerland. I can only hope so...

Whether these claims hold any truth remains unclear to me. It does sound like something Israel would do. It is concerning to think that such a humanitarian effort could potentially be a guise for forced relocation. One of the strangest linguistic changes of the last few years are the words vaccine and Semitic. If you look up vaccine in the OED, it is littered with variations of immune. Now Semitic has been usurped, even though for thousands of years it did not mean Jews. It meant you were a Semite, a son of Shem-son of Noah- and who were the Semites? Hebrews, Assyrians, Arameans, and Arabs. And thus it has been for more than three-thousand years. What significance does this have? Well this seemingly innocuous change allows the idea that the non-Jew Semite is the other, which encourages violence, including genocide. Once humans evolve spiritually the idea of the other will be extirpated from all languages, and in the immortal words of Neem Karoli, there will only be sub ek--all is one. Following is a segment of former AIPAC member Richard Forer's lecture "Psycho spiritual Roots of the Israel-Palestine Tragedy" in April 2024. here he talks about his realization of the truth. Downloaded from Alternativeradio.org:

"I picked up "Beyond Chutzpah: On the Misuse of Anti-Semitism and the Abuse of History" by Norman Finkelstein. With barely an idea of what I was getting

myself into, I began reading. Thus began a conscientious study of the history of Israel-Palestine. My singular commitment was to the truth. And I knew that in order to separate fact from fiction, I had to give equal attention to both sides of the debate. And I was not about to allow preconceived notions to influence my understanding and my research. Finkelstein’s sources were mainly mainstream

organizations such as Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International and the Israeli NGO B’tselem. And their reports, all of them, were a serious indictment of Israeli

behavior and policy. Documented charges included the use of deadly force by Israeli soldiers against unarmed men, women, children, the bulldozing of houses, sometimes with inhabitants still inside. And by the way, since 1948, Israel has bulldozed almost 50,000 Palestinian houses, and not a single Jewish house. As I said, Finkelstein's main sources were these mainstream human rights organizations. In addition to bulldozing houses, they punished large numbers of

innocent people collectively on the basis of alleged crimes by lone individuals. The theft of desperately needed water from Palestinian villages and Israel's commonplace use of torture. Many of the reports Finkelstein cited could be

found online. So, I spent a great deal of time reviewing passages he had quoted. I was intent on catching him taking information out of context or changing a word here or there in order to present Israel in a negative light. But after hours

of reviewing his citations, I had to admit that in every single case his documentation was beyond reproach. At the same time, I was engrossed in Finkelstein's expose. I was experiencing a range of emotions, as I learned about the abuse and humiliation Israelis routinely subjected Palestinians to. I felt shocked that a country in which I had invested a lifetime of loyalty would treat people this way. My shock turned to anger that Israel was perpetrating these

abuses in my name as a Jew. I felt personally responsible, no less so than if I was a soldier in the field. In fact, an image of me as a soldier in the field arose to my mind, in my consciousness. My anger then turned inward against me, rebuking me for years of willful blindness, shame and embarrassment followed, and then immense sorrow for people whose cries I had been deaf to these human beings were suffering profoundly from my ignorance. It became clear to me that every Palestinian is inherently guilty of the crime of not being Jewish. I was in the initial stages of learning that every argument I had ever made in defense of Israel was

either factually inaccurate or if there was truth to the argument, taken out of context for the purpose of blaming the Palestinians and exonerating the Jews.

Feeling overwhelmed and needing a break from this repudiation of a lifetime of core beliefs I put the book down and closed my eyes. I have no idea how long my eyes were closed. But when I opened them, I felt cleansed and free. All of the emotions I've been suffering were gone."

I hope that other Zionists, Jewish or Christian be able to shake up their ignorance and doing so benefit from the same epiphany as Mr. Forer's.
