For sociopaths such as Biden or Netanyahu, the only question that they ask is "Who is going to stop me?"

Expand full comment

Which is akin to asking, "who dares to deny that I am the chosen of Yahweh, and you are not?

A smiting or two ought to settle that. Ain't it funny how Zionist arguments always degenerate into "might is right!", except when they are the victims. Then might is no longer right, and historical crimes which were inflicted upon Jewish people are now carte blanche to commit similar crimes throughout eternity.

And please don't forget the Zionist students who are fearful of walking through their university campuses. Yet all I see on university campuses are bullying Zionists provoking and attacking peaceful rallies and encampments pleading for a ceasefire - and end to genocide and a divesting of their universities from Zionist Israeli business/exchange contacts and from weapons makers, too.

Divestment makes me feel unsafe! (As opposed to bombing, which never made anyone unsafe....)

Expand full comment

These zionists need to turn that statement around. Rather than "You make me feel unsafe when you do.....", they should be saying "I feel unsafe when you.....".

They then become the source of their own problem and the ones who needs to alter their perception.

I'm always fascinated that to smite active voice is to suddenly strike down upon viciously, but in the passive voice, to be smitten is to be captivated. So we might say that the US is -- absurdly -- so smitten with Israel that it will act as its cohort in smiting down the untermenschen upon whom the gods' disfavor falls.

Biden should not be compared to Bibi. Biden is a pawn who loved and supported Israel and fell into the trap and can't get out and may lose the election because of it. Israel would far prefer trump who's a total moron who will do Israel's bidding 3 times what Biden does. Biden is a victim of Israel and the jewish lobby. We all are. Look at Germany: total lunacy....fearing any criticism of Israel due to being very very bad back then.

Biden has to do the bidding of the Jewish Lobby; he knows that. It's really a bad situation we are in. Who knew the Jews would become an enemy...of: A: the 1st Amendment....and so on. Those students have dared to speak out and are being arrested and worst.

Judith, The 1st amendment has been under siege in the US for a long time. Haven't you heard of of Ag Gag and similar laws that impact not just individual speech, but also the people's right to know? Yes, the Zionist AIPAC lobby is a force to be reckoned with, and the current drive to restrict the American right to free speech is reprehensible. This is welcomed by the elitist and anti-democratic forces within the government that are already dialing back our rights. No Biden supports Israel because he's a Zionist and believes Israel has a right to do what they're doing because of the Holocaust. That's what he actually thinks; he's said as much. Every move they make is enabled by overwhelming tech and weaponry. As soon as the indigenous people of Palestine are successful in creating a half-way level playing field and that will be the inevitable result of zionists' current over the top excess, zionists will flee their 'sacred' land.

Many will dig out their second passports and take their fanilies back to where they came from. Those unable to do that will join the legions of white south african families in their lower middle class suburbs, ghettos really, that are currently dotted about 'the west'. I don’t know how Chris can say anything more after this piece. He has described Israel’s soul perfectly. Same goes for the USA as well. And meanwhile those who have the actual courage to call out this madness are deemed terrorists as their respective governments attempt to silence them with arrests literally beating them and then charging them with attacking the police as they peacefully resist. You just can’t make this stuff up as to how insane it is. Mass psychosis has taken over the world when it comes to supporting Israel and the outright evil they are perpetrating on the innocent Palestinians, all the while demonizing those who oppose such evil. Already from 14 years ago - all the parameters were laid out. During my years in Japan and from the early 2000s (over 20 years ago) I met a young chap from NY - he was a JET program assistant teacher at a friend's high school. But he wasn't originally from NYC - he was from Switzerland which is where he has - years since - returned to. On the question of Abu Ghraib - well, of course, he told me, torture was okay. And quoted some fictional idea of an attack being planned for which only torture could get the information to save the targets. I could not believe my ears. He was a bright chap - in a year in Japan he had built up an extremely impressive knowledge of kanji. But he was young - early to mid-20s. I hope as the years went by that the intelligence I perceived led him to re-evaluate his thinking on torture and was maybe the reason he returned to Switzerland. I can only hope so...

The article suggests that the purpose of this dock is not to provide aid to the Palestinians, but rather to facilitate their relocation to another region via ships. Whether these claims hold any truth remains unclear to me. It does sound like something Israel would do. It is concerning to think that such a humanitarian effort could potentially be a guise for forced relocation. The history of conflict in the region makes it difficult to trust the intentions of any party involved.
