I'm compelled to remind you that there's been a lot of water under the bridge since April 28, 2023; including a spending style crimp the U.S. government's creditworthiness, interest rate conflagration of the U.S. debt burden (now $2B a day), and an unprecedented vacating of the Speaker of the House position that currently log jams any new spending measures whatsoever.
