Thank you, Chris, for keeping us strong in these fights in which we are usually facing long odds. Be well, sir. And since your work is imbued with such eloquence, we are blessed by your journalism.
I salute you, Craig. You and the so many other alternative candidates who are standing up to the Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee parties. Andrew Feinstein in Holborn and St. Pancras has taken on one of the biggest challenges of all - standing against the head of the slippery snake - Keir Starmer. Good luck Craig - you handsome devil (reference to one of his own jokes at the last Assange hearing)!
As to Chris, what more is there left to say about his always inspiring writing.
"The People of the Abyss (1903) is a book by Jack London, containing his first-hand account of several weeks spent living in the Whitechapel district of the East End of London in 1902.[1]
London attempted to understand the working-class of this deprived area of the city, sleeping in workhouses[2] or on the streets, and staying as a lodger with a poor family.
The conditions he experienced and wrote about were the same as those endured by an estimated 500,000 of the contemporary London poor."
London, though a national socialist, was way ahead of people like Hunter Thompson or what they used to call 'the new school of journalism.' He was one of the first. And his work has been read by millions, as was the 'Iron Heel', how fascism comes to America. Read London.
It is SOOO heartening to see a party that is truly representative of working people is emerging in Britain. I hope that all Hussain's candidacy manages to do is to split the Labour vote and pave the way for Craig Murray to win. It is obscene that Britain's major political parties are supporting genocide.
This is rubbish. The so-called Workers Party has no organic link to UK workers. It started out three years ago by a tiny group of Labour Party dissidents but has no trade union support. As ever the great egotist Galloway has jumped on its tiny bandwagon hoodwinking too many naive Palestine supporters like Chris Hedges to lend their gravitas to his conceits. Global readers deserve better from Hedges than this.
Your comment vastly underestimates the intelligence and integrity of the people involved. It takes time to build capacity in a new political party. However, an issue like this genocide precipitates larger support, and brings forward good quality candidates like Craig Murray. If the UK's union movement has any concern for its members, they will abandon the much-compromised UK Labour Party, and get on board. Early days.
The combination of these three words—naive/Palestine/supporters— is grotesque and, in view their suffering, deeply offensive. George Galloway can take care of himself. The people Gaza cannot.
• …”by the beginning of April (i.e., within six months) 70,000 tons of explosives had been dropped on targets throughout the 25-mile long Gaza, more tonnage than was dropped by Germany on London and by America and the United Kingdom on Dresden and Hamburg in World War II, combined”.
Number of dead and injured is impossible to determine but – the “official” number is frozen and “extremely precise” - 37,718 for genocide obfuscation.
Actual number of Gaza dead is by now estimated between 100,000 and 200,000 – dying now is increasingly due to induced starvation and diseases and – under torture – a second phase of the Israel’s “Final Solution”.
"For, as in most of the constituencies where Labour is being challenged by candidates that oppose Labour’s support for Israel, a second well-funded independent, devoid of political experience or a public record on nearly all issues, is also running on an anti-genocide platform. In the case of Blackburn, this person is Adnan Hussain. "
"The political class is no longer connected to the people. It is connected to the arms industry, to the lobbyists, particularly the Zionist lobby. That’s where the interests of the political class lie. They don’t care about the people. That’s true of both of the main parties. They suffer no hardship because there’s nobody else likely to be elected. Western democracy has become meaningless." This description of UK fits exactly with ours at US.
The crimes these people have reported are becoming ubiquitous across the western countries. There are very few patriots to be found and if they are found, they will be punished in some way by administrations and spy agencies to prevent further such revelations and actions. It's all over the world now, and the big American scam after WW2 is saying they're bringing peace and democracy around the world when it's just the opposite, stealing, corrupting, fouling everything that decency demands. Many are thugs in suits.
The story of Sund (as he fully revealed in his interview with Tucker Carlson) fully disclosed that Jan 6 was a CIA/DNC/Pentagon set-up and simply a continuation of the Russia-gate fraud and hoax of the century.
A direct result - two large Slavic nations in an “unprovoked” war in middle of Europe.
Ep. 15 – Aug 10 -- Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund reveals what really happened on January 6th. Our Fox News interview with him never aired, so we invited him back.
I wonder if the horrific things that have been happing of late will ever turn around. I’ve notice the US isn’t doing much over what the situation is between Israel and Hezbollah. I came across an item about Iraq.
Talks about the wonderful accomplishments in Iraq, as though it were benefiting Iraqis. If that where true why is Iraq asking the US to leave?
It’s nothing but US imperialism, like BlackRock running business in Iraq like the US was doing inside of Ukraine.
After the recent SCOTUS decision it looks like Trump is going to be another George Bush and Dick Cheney term. The same thing all over again like what happened in Wyoming, with Ranchers whose land had been in the family for generations were groundwater was destroyed be oil operations.
Donald Trump is planning to do fracking which destroys groundwater.
Unfortunately (also a play on words) if the political class (collectively) cared about "the people," they would lose their funding. And if a single member of the political class made the cardinal sin of caring about the people, they would walk the plank.
The courage and moral stature of both of you is a constant inspiration to so many.

As one reads London's epoch writing about the English working class one can see little has changed.
London would not be surprised.
London in London, huh? Sounds interesting. I just requested it from my library. Thanks.

“Win or lose”…I love you for that CH.
But if you fight, honestly and with a clear soul, there is no losing.
Ahh, yes, you win your soul, and that's something.

The Suspect Body Count - The death toll in Gaza is much higher than we're being told

This is very sharp and clever tactics.
Understood, Finster, but isn't it time we retire the word "sharp", at least for now? Now that we beat Medicare... it could be misconstrued by some.
The fascists are very clever. they jump parties, use extortion and blackmail and resort to murder more than one can count.

I so hope you win your seat Craig, a fan from Australia.
Thank you.

Do we have election results from Ambassador Murray's seat?
What a truly sad world we live in.
